Some clients don’t want us to be in touch every week, some need us almost every day. We don’t mind what frequency a client wants to speak to their Client Ambassador.

We care so much about our clients that each of them has their own member of the Clickingmad team they can contact on any topic to do with their website, or the Internet in general. This is not just an “account manager” role.
We do not pay commission to staff for support work
Your Personal Ambassador is YOUR representative at OUR company.
- Each staff member only has a few clients to look after and their job is to really get to know the clients business, their web aspirations and be there whenever they need them.
- We have regular internal meetings where we discuss the performance of our clients’ websites. Your Ambassador will be talking about your website – on your behalf.
- We are pretty sure there is no one else in our sector who has taken such a proactive approach.
